Savor the flavors of elevated cuisine expertly prepared by the Zest Chefs and paired with a boutique range of refined wines crafted by our host: Federal Twist Vineyard


You won't want to miss this private culinary experience sipping and indulging in a 5-course dinner while watching the sunset at this family-owned vineyard.


The vineyard family will join us to discuss the wines, including their most recent release, along with Chef Theo, who will share the inspiration for the pairings.

MENU

1st Course -  Appetizer Trio

Paired with your choice of Federal Twist - Sparkling pet Nat, Rose or Vidal Blanc

  • Roast Beet, Goat Cheese & Orange Brochette
    • (Roasted beets, almond-coated goat cheese, and orange segments)
  • Pork Rillettes
    • (Shredded pork shoulder slow braised in Vidal Blanc with shallot, herbs, and stock, presented atop crostini with accoutrements)
  • Ahi Bruschetta
    • (Cirspy Nord superseed bread topped with grilled peppered ahi tuna, edamame puree, tomato, microgreens, and balsamic glaze)

2nd Course

Federal Twist 'Hey Bett' - Field White

  • Autumn Pear Salad
    • (Field greens, pears, candied walnuts, dried cherries, parmesan curls, honey-balsamic vinaigrette)

3rd Course

Federal Twist - Vidal Blanc

  • Brie & Apple Soup
    • (Creamy puree of local Bucks County apples, leeks, brie cheese, and potato)

4th Course

Federal Twist - Fed Red

  • Hungarian Braised Beef & Potoatoes
    • (6-hour braise of beef chuck with potatoes, fall veggies, garlic, herbs, and Hungarian-inspired spices)

5th Course

  • Bittersweet Chocolate Gateau with Poached Figs and Marscapone Cream
    • (Garnied with cacaou nibs, toasted pine nuts, and Fed Red cuisson)
